The large panoramic windows of the restaurant give you a landscape of vineyards and centuries- old olive groves which reach the sea towards Diano Marina. The village of Diano Gorleri nestled on the hill in front of us, seems like a nativity scene.

Traditional ligurian and italian cuisine dishes
Our Chef offers a Mediterranean cuisine with many western Ligurian specialities, a few recipes from other regions or from the south of Italy, where he was born. The dishes are made exclusively with extra-virgin olive oil. We use as many of the resources of our land as possible such as fresh basil and vegetables from Albenga, so as to give you every day traditional menus where fresh pasta has been home made in the Lilliana way for over 50 years. We try to offer menus where fish is preponderant following the seasons and the guests’ requests.
Evening salad and ligurian apetizers
Twice a week Chef and the kitchen staff offer you an antipasti selection with a taste of the flavours of Liguria with all local products: Sardenaira pizza, Torta Verde, Friscöi, Farinata, Fried Panissa, Sardines and Stuffed zucchini flowers, Condiglione alla Dianese with Italian Beef-steak tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, Taggiasca olives from the vegetable gardens of the Diano valleys. On other evenings, delicious antipasti from the land and sea will be served at the table.

Ligurian and Italian wines selected by Chrystel, a FISAR Sommelier. Vermentino, Pigato, Ormeasco and Rossese of Dolceacqua are the top Ligurian wines followed by a broad selection of classic Italian wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco, Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo, Arneis, Chianti, Brunello, Amarone, Valpolicella, Soave, Aglianico, Greco, Falanghina.For those interested, it is possible to organise group or private tours of wine cellars not far from the hotel, where you will be able to taste and buy the best wines in the province of Imperia
